Petr Masek

A native of the Czech Republic, Petr Masek received his Master’s degree from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music in 2003. He is a versatile freelancing violinist, performing with chamber music groups and symphony orchestras across California and abroad. He has been acting as a guest concertmaster and principal violinist for the Monterey Symphony, Fresno Philharmonic, Merced Symphony. He performed with the critically
acclaimed Del Sol String Quartet and toured in China with the Quartet San Francisco. Frequent cooperation with San Francisco’s Magik*Magik Orchestra led him to tour nationally with the rock band Death Cab for Cutie. Petr is an avid mountaineer, long- distance runner, and a photographer..


Luis-Gustavo Mascaro Alberto

began his studies at the age of 9, becoming the concertmaster of his city’s conservatory youth orchestra at 11. Luis holds a double bachelor degree in violin performance and popular music from Campinas State University (UNICAMP) in Brazil. In 2005 Luis was awarded full assistantship and scholarship to study at The University of Southern Mississippi, where he had the opportunity to study jazz and improvisation with saxophonist and educator Larry Panella.


Luis has recently released the first EP with his band Off to Farofa, which fuses elements from
Brazilian world music, jazz, rock, and pop. Luis is currently soloist for Mexican pop diva Gloria Trevi’s
"El Amor World Tour.” Part of a new generation of creative string players, Luis is not afraid of using
his solid classical background to explore new musical ideas, techniques, and sounds. He was one of
the few selected musicains to perform live at the 50th Grammy Award with the Foo Fighters and John
Jones (Led Zeppelin) in the YouTube contest "My Grammy Moment" in 2008, among thousands of
video submissions.


Jennifer Wu

Equally renowned as a chamber and orchestral musician, Jennifer (Chia Chuan) Wu's experience as a classical performer and commercial recording artist spans the horizon of the Los Angeles area. Ms. Wu regularly performs with the Dream Orchestra, Dana Point Symphony Orchestra, Bakersfield Symphony Orchestra, Kaleidoscope Chamber Orchestra and LA Sinfonietta. These opportunities led to tours in European festivals,
including Incontri in Terra di Siena, as well as local performances at the Walt Disney Concert Hall and Zipper Hall.


Highlights from the 2017-2018 season include acclaimed performances by Ms. Wu's Landmark String Quartet (former Sincopa) at Palm Spring and Santa Paula, special engagements to perform for the developing musical 'Headless', on tour at the Dolby Theater with international pop-sensation Shahkar, and recording credits for Netflix original series, 'Chef's Table'. Highlights from the 2015-2016 season include performances at the Hammer Museum, Fullerton College, and Walt Disney Hall. Ms. Wu started playing the viola at age seven, and continued university studies in performance with Diane Nicoleris at San Jose State University, and with Richard O'Neill at University of California, Los Angeles. Ms. Wu's early international performances were at Carnegie Hall, the National Concert Hall of Taipei, the China Conservatory of Beijing, and at other major Taiwanese cities.

Wonsun Keem

was praised by Aldo Parisot, "A cellist who plays passionately based on solid technique" "a cellist who combined intelligent, ability of interpretation, and sincerity" "a cellist who has boundless potential
for the future.” She started playing cello when she was 13 years old and proved her musical talent early on by being admitted from one of the top ranked arts middle school in South Korea only after 8 months. She graduated with honors from numerous top ranked music schools, including Seoul Arts high school Seoul National University for Bachelor of Music, and Yale University for Master of Music.


She won numerous major music competitions, such as Eumyeon music competition, Korea America corporation Music competition, and Baroque string competition as a soloist. Her musical passion and interest grew to include chamber music and beyond. As a chamber cellist, she was taught by Ani Kavafian, Peter Frankl and Boris Berman. After her study in Yale School of Music, she won the audition and joined Gyeonggi Philharmonic Orchestra. She has performed countless times in Seoul Arts Center, Sejon Arts Center, Maria callas hall, Kumho arts hall, Tokyo Opera City Hall, Osaka symphony hall, sprague hall, Canegie hall in New
York, and Walt Disney Hall in LA as a soloist, chamber musician and Orchestra musician.


Since moving to Los Angeles, she has joined Sincopa string quartet and Dream
Orchestra, and been performing at numerous venues and events. She also believes in giving
back through music education and teaches the next generation musicians teaches the next
generation musicians throughout Los Angeles area.
